Car Wash!

Madison was helping Jesse wash the car...until she started spraying him! I got a little on video, and some funny action shots. The first day back was fun to see all of our co-workers and went by fast. We sure did miss our girls! They always have so much fun with Robin, and her daughter Megan. We'll be back in the swing of things in no time!

More pictures...

Sorry that I couldn't rotate them...

Macy's one year photo shoot!

Last minute, we decided to get Macy's pictures done before starting back to school. We ended up getting some shots of Madison, and some family pictures, too (for the first time). Macy wasn't her smiling self...she was too busy running all over the room. We were hoping for a better shot of the two girls together. We got a couple shots that we really liked, and finally a good one of Madison!

Camping at Yogi Bear!

We had planned on camping at Jellystone Sat. with our neighbors. Unfortunately, Kelly

and Reagan weren't feeling the greatest. Tim brought the boys for the evening so we could all play at the waterpark, and eat some campfire dinner. It was very fun! The girls' did well sleeping, thanks to the much larger tent we borrowed from Sabrina. On Sunday, our friends Tara and Mark came by to swim with their little ones. We just realized we could videotape on our camera, so we're going to add a small video of Madison swimming around the kids area. I know it went fast, but what a great summer we had with the girls! I will miss them greatly going back to work tomorrow. I also can't believe that Macy will be 1 in less then two weeks!

Looking cute!

I had the girls in matching outfits from my cousin Tammy, and thought the picture turned out cute. Since the party, we have kept half of the garage filled with some bigger toys. The two have enjoyed playing with the cars since then! Macy even scraped up her feet, but wanted more! Our last week of summer went too fast!

Birthday weekend!

What a wonderful time! Jesse and I had a romantic dinner at the del bar Friday night while Robin and Megan watched the girls for us (the best birthday gift ever)! It was kind of strange not eating out with the girls! Saturday my parents brought my neices up for my birthday party. It was so nice to have some family and friends over to celebrate! With 7 people staying over night, it was a late one...I can't do that much anymore. Sunday was clean-up and get things back in order. We're camping next weekend, so I'm sure we'll have some more pics to add. Enjoy the rest of the summer!

Big change!!!!!

After the zoo, we traveled to Milwaukee for the weekend. On Saturday, I had a hair appointment and chopped it off! The hairdresser cut 8-10 inches off, enough to donate to Locks of Love. I have enjoyed the shorter cut, but am still getting used to it. If you would have known me with no hair growing up, you would be just as amazed as I was to be able to donate to locks of love! We met my friend Lily and her mother on Sunday for brunch before I had my friend Kristi's bridal shower. Busy, but very fun weekend. Thanks Mom and Dad for the makeover (my 30th birthday gift)! I also included Madison eating her first corn on the cob. If you notice, she got her hair cut as well. I tried trimming her bangs...we ended up going to the hair salon later that day! OOPS!

Vilas Zoo

Last Friday while Jesse was golfing, I took the girls to Vilas Zoo to meet our cousin Jodi, James, and their son, Drew. We had a good time walking around and seeing all of the different animals. Poor Macy was stuck in the stroller while big sis got to stand tall looking over the rails (she loved that)! Take a close look at the giraffes (I didn't realize that until I posted the pic)! We also watched the black bear swim for quite some time. After the zoo, I took the girls over to the park. They have both loved swinging. In fact, Madison learned how to pump her legs on the big swings two days after this picture was taken (straight and bend)! We had a great time!

Fun Shopping!

Early last week, I met a friend shopping with her little girl, Madison. Just as they started riding the horses, it down-poured! We hung around the rides a little longer...
