Backpack and football outfit

When I was at work, Jesse decided to talk the kids and Ginger for a walk. He put Max in the backpack for the first time and he loved it! We neglected to try Macy in there because she moved around too much and we didn't want to put up with all the struggles. Jesse pushed the two girls in the double while holding Ginger...he said he got some good looks on the way!! The other pictures are of Max wearing a 12 month outfit we got from our family friends', the Carlsson's. He was such a trooper wearing the hat that looks like a helmet. It was a super cute/funny sight!

Funny pictures

We brought the camera upstairs one night and it turned into 50 silly pictures that Jesse took of the girls and himself (after he took a few of Max and me). It is priceless when you view them altogether, but I couldn't post that many at one time!

Kite and new bike

I know the one picture is dark, but it is neat with the clouds. When we returned from lunch on Sunday, it was such a beautiful day. We stayed outside for quite awhile. Macy really wanted to fly her nemo kite, so Jesse gave it a whirl. It wasn't windy enough to fly for long, but she enjoyed it. Madison is also showing off her new Barbie bike. She needed an upgrade with her long legs!!!! We've been enjoying the nicer weather, and getting out for nightly walks.

Sunday Lunch

We were fortunate enough to meet up with my sister, Julie, and her family in Madison for lunch on Sunday. They were driving through from Hanna's hockey tourney in Kenosha. My parents and Lauren were able to join us as well. We kind of took over the one side of Chili's and had a nice time together. I just love the pic of Max touching Jacob's face, and of Hanna holding him. We will definitely have a great time all together this summer visiting in Chetek! Love you all!

Badger

I took some Bucky pictures tonight with Max. I also added pictures of Macy and Madison in the same outfit for fun.

Jeep and face painting

Finally, NICE WEATHER!!!!! We have really enjoyed the nicer weather this week. Add Jesse done with basketball and it staying light out later, we have been outside every night this week. On Monday, we took the Jeep for a spin for the first time since Santa brought it. Talk about whiplash!!!! I couldn't stop laughing! They haven't really wanted to ride in it again since, so we'll see how much use it gets :) On Tuesday night, it was RIFF (Reading is Family Fun) night. The girls liked getting their faces painted, and posed for some cute pictures together. We're looking forward to a relaxing weekend after a crazy week!

Fond du Lac/Swimming

Last weekend we had our annual family reunion at the Holidome in Fond du Lac. We stayed both Friday and Saturday night. The kids did great. They enjoyed swimming, coloring, riding around, and reading (Sabrina found a cool book nook to read with Macy and Ethan). It was so much fun seeing everyone and hanging out! Madison is doing awesome swimming, and she is even on a break from lessons right now. Macy really got brave with the vest on, and was even jumping in from the side. Later in the day, she even went in the pool with her cousin Katelyn without us in the water with her. I just love the picture of Max with his Great-Grandma and Grandpa Deffke. We can't wait until next year!
