Fun in the tub

Max has been enjoying his tub time a lot lately. He has big smiles, and loves to splash around. Enjoy the short video of him splashing and moving! He is outgrowing his tub very quickly!

Getting ready for xmas

We actually got some nice pictures with Santa Claus this year! We will get the professional ones back on Tues., so hopefully those turn out as well. We couldn't understand exactly what they wanted when they told Santa, so hopefully they'll like whatever they get :) The girls had fun trying on reindeer ears, and shortly after, were in their swimsuits (they change at least 3-5 times a day - my aunt was amazed at how often Macy was in a different outfit on Thanksgiving)! Max is looking cute as ever as a reindeer!

Hungry catepillar

I had to take a picture of Max in this onesie. It shows some of the food that the hungry catepillar ate, and at the bottom it says, "That night he had a stomachache." He is still eating lots and we're hoping to get the go ahead tomorrow to start cereal.

Thanksgiving

We enjoyed Thanksgiving at our house again this year with my parents, my aunt and uncle, and cousin Sabrina, Chad, and Ethan. We had much fun visiting, eating, and watching the kids play. Max had a onesie that said, "Thankful for Mommy." Madison said at school that she was thankful for Mommy, Daddy, and her kitties. Too bad we would love to get rid of them! That's why we keep them around :) What about her brother and sister? We asked her and she just said, "Nah." Maybe next year...:)

Tummy time

These are just a few pics from a couple of weeks ago. Where has the time gone? Max is starting to enjoy tummy time more, and has rolled over a couple of times. He really enjoys sitting upright and watching what is going on around him. One thing for sure...his smile melts our hearts!

The Big Game!

We took Max to the State Championship Football game of Reedsburg against West DePere. He did awesome. We rode a fan bus, and he was passes around and enjoyed getting talked to the whole way there. After I suited him up and put him in the carrier at the game, he fell asleep and stayed asleep the whole game! I guess the excitement did him in! Reedsburg won 34-27 and the girls enjoyed watching the team enter back in town with a fire truck escort along with a bunch of cheering fans! This is a poster Jesse made, it got on tv a couple of times!

Halloween

Max had a wonderful first Halloween! He was the cutest penguin we'd ever seen (and would've been a star in the movie Happy Feet)! Madison was Ariel (a little too short) and Macy was Tinkerbell (see pictures from the pumpkin parade). Max had some other Halloween outfits to sport the day of and days before. Daddy ended up dressing up like a Badger Hockey player, pretending to be missing a tooth (thanks to tootsie rolls)! Our friends came over to trick-or-treat with us, so for dinner we had quite the crew! Madelyn and Alayna and Jordan all joined us, and then Tara made homemade pizza for us all to gobble up afterwards. What a fun day! We also had help from Skylar, who went along with us, and even helped pass out candy.

Pumpkin Parade

Every year, the Reedsburg library puts together a pumpkin parade for preschoolers and their family. We start at the library and walk up and down main street and some of the stores pass out treats. It is so fun to see all the little people dressed up and the kids love it! Ladybug Maya joined us with Keely! After the parade, you can stop at the library and get prof. pics done with a donation of food to the pantry. We'll see how those turn out!
